NEW 2/4/10: We will train dual paneled SL on Lord’s Prayer for half of each day this weekend.
Congratulations to all the J5s for performing so well at the races last weekend. It seems that the combination of training and effort is yielding great results!
As always there’s lots going on at the Big B this weekend. Training plans are still being finalized but will most definitely include dual GS, as that is our next race (Williard Feb 14th). I’ll have a better sense of location toward the end of the week- stay tuned.
