Hopefully everyone is sleeping in a little late this morning.
To recap this week, all the J5s works really hard at Slalom Camp. Some got the hang of cross blocking, others have improved pole plants while others are being to set an early line- all good stuff.
Yesterday afternoon came as a relief to many, just to be able to “let ‘em run” for a bit. We will continue with GS training on Saturday with timed runs to prepare for the GS race at Stratton on Sunday.
