Hello from the Bromley Outing Club! We are excited to announce our annual auction fundraiser is LIVE online now! We have a great assortment of local and unique items currently available to bid on via the link below as well as a growing list of items that will be up for auction at our annual social and fundraiser on Saturday February 25th from 4:00-6:00PM in the upper level of the base lodge at Bromley. We hope that you will join us either online or in-person for this fun event. We will be adding items to our auction as we near the auction closing at 6:00PM on Saturday 2\/25\/2023.<\/p>\n
Bromley Outing Club Annual Auction Link<\/a><\/p>\n The Bromley Outing Club raises funds to support our educational ski and snowboard programs for local students which includes scholarships for learn to ski programs as well as our competition programs. Your support helps to keep these programs strong and accessible to so many local students and athletes. \nThe Bromley Outing Club Alpine Race program is\u00a0designed for those interested in an educational skiing\u00a0experience while helping young athletes (6-18) develop
\nphysically, psychologically, and socially. The goal is to\u00a0foster an excellence in skiing while providing a fun\u00a0experience and instilling the values associated with sportsmanship and competition.<\/p>\n
\nThe Bromley Outing Club Freeski program is dedicated to providing athletes with the fundamentals and\u00a0techniques they need to progress in competitive freeskiing. The program specializes in Terrain park\u00a0skiing including rails, jumps and half pipe while emphasizing safety, fun and progression.<\/p>\n
\nThe Bromley Outing Club sponsors the Junior Instructional Ski Program (JISP) benefiting local area\u00a0school children. Students in grades three through eight are dismissed early from school one afternoon\u00a0per week and instructed to ski and snowboard by volunteers under the direction of the BOC.<\/p>\n
\nAs a Vermont non-profit organization, we create a lifelong love of snow sports for athletes, teams\u00a0and the entire Bromley Outing Club community, while developing the values of sportsmanship\u00a0and pride through educational, recreational, competitive, and freeski programs.<\/p>\n
