BOC Clubhouse InformationBOC Clubhouse

Space for Use by Athletes
The BOC Clubhouse is available to weekend competition program athletes to store their skis and poles overnight. Please do not leave boots overnight, as they will be cold and will not effectively dry between training sessions. All equipment left at the clubhouse must be clearly labeled with the athlete’s name or your last name, at a minimum. There are a lot of very similar-looking skis, bindings, and poles – you should make your labeling very clear and unmistakeable. Add some “flair”!

The BOC Clubhouse is available for your athletes to store their bags and lunch during training, as well as eating their lunch. There is a microwave in the base level of the building – there is no microwave or refrigerator available in the upstairs offices.

The use of our Clubhouse is a privilege. We expect our athletes to treat this space and everything in it with the utmost of respect, remembering that how we treat this space reflects not only on them, but also their coaches, family, and the BOC in total.

Ski Tuning Space
We are lucky to have a great space for tuning, which can accommodate up to 3 people tuning at one time. Tuning space is available to members to use as needed. We do offer a tuning clinic in the early part of our season and we are happy to answer questions about tuning for you. Tools may also be left in the clubhouse – please label all tools and we recommend a lock for your tuning box as little hands tend to get into them when they are not locked. The tuning room must be clean after every use. No alcohol is allowed in the tuning room.

Clubhouse Access
The clubhouse is open Tuesday thru Thursday 10am until 4pm. Friday from 8:30am until 4pm, and Weekends and holiday week training blocks from 8am until 4pm. If you need after-hours access, please reach out to the office for the entry code. Please do not share this code with anyone as we do track who has access, changing this code periodically.
